Our vibe - the location was key as we are very passionate about the sea and its benefits beach side was a must, so we converted our little shipping container and plonked her right on the beach finished with some reclaimed decking and furniture makes for the most relaxing vibes.
We wanted to make ourselves part of the community a social hub for us outdoorsie folk and city slickers alike.
We work closely with local mental health groups hosting wellness days, promoting the benefits of cold water therapy to heal the mind and body. We work closely with some amazing charities one being karma seas which do amazing work they specialise in delivering waves to all, making ocean based activities available to everyone with adaptive surf lessons and group sessions for people with learning disabilities and sensory impairments.
We love sport and work with local sporting club providing a space for like minded individuals to meet and support one another.if it swimming your after come and join one of our social swim sundays through the summer.
We love yoga too and facilitate a beach yoga class most weekends throughout the summer with Hannah Marie yoga
